First time purchasing a trailer here. Aaron made the process easy and helped with getting the trailer hooked up and set up on my trucks towing options. DMV was down and I was not able to get the temporary tags but Aaron contacted me first thing the next morning (a Saturday even) and emailed the information to me. Excellent service!

What really stood out was their dedication—they stayed a full hour past closing time just to make sure everything was safe and ready for me to leave the lot with confidence.

This place is a great place for any cargo trailer or trailers you need. Staff is just outstanding & super customer service.Prices are great & affordable. It is the best place for trailers. We will definitely come back for another purchase.

Magnum trailers saved me a huge headache and larger tow truck bill. Johnny and Aaron were nice enough to stay late to accept my trailer from a crappy tow company that kept me waiting 3+ hours. If they hadn’t stayed late I would have had to pay a lot more to get it towed again the next day. They serviced my trailer and got it back to me quickly and at a great price. My family has been using Magnum for over a decade and have always had a great experience. Thanks for the excellent service!

I called in to the company office and was given Magnum trailers address.
So I ended up showing up unannounced. The people at Magnum trailers were more than kind and very professional! I was able to get my load of jet boats unloaded very quickly and without any issues. , Five star service and highly recommend!

The vendor Aaron Clark gave us very good service, good customer service and a very good reasonable price.

We purchased a cargo trailer at Magnum, August 24 and in April we decided to take Trailer to magnum due to the brakes not engaging. Johnny was the sales rep and when we took trailer to check what the problem was Johnny did some tests with a box they have in house to test brakes and found that it was something mechanical and not electrical and suggested to leave trailer. Trailer being 8 months old ended up having each seal of the wheels being blown out. Johnny tried to help but stated that, they (magnum) had never seen anything like that and seemed as if we had over greased the wheels causing to blow out seals, I did notify Johnny there was no need for us to add grease due to trailer being brand new, Johnny then did notify that it would take a while for warranty to accept and fix issue and that the manufacture might request to get fixed under the axel manufacture. Our company was in need of trailer and asked if we could pay for repair and then submit for warranty since it was just 8 month old, Johnny stated that would be another option and therefore we paid for repair hoping to get reimbursed. After repairs I then spoke with Tasha whom claims to be the manager and asked her an update she stated she needed all the information on the trailer emailed to her to submit to warranty (I thought they would have all info of trailer they sale well I guess not) I submitted info to Tasha and never heard back from her. Month later today I called to ask for update and Tasha stated that since we didn't have a log of repairs on trailer, Warranty would not reimburse and take care of repair done. I did notify Tasha that we had no log due to no repairs or maintenance ever being done since we purchased new and it was still within warranty and only 8 months old. Tasha then began to state we had done something to trailer and possibly over loaded it (when we know we are within the parameters of weight but please look at pictures and on bill of sale and sticker on trailer the axel weight capacity is diffrent) and warranty would not cover cost. First of all I will not recommend purchasing from Magnum due to they don't warranty their trailers and Tasha is the manager but never gives updates and call backs. When i notified Tasha of review she just said “ok”Worst place of doing business will be looking somewhere else that wants our business.

Unfortunately, if I could give Magnum a zero review I would. They are very unprofessional. I purchased a trailer for our company thinking it would be under warranty. So let me warn yall. You will have to do all the warranty for them. They take no responsibility. All seals on the tires were blown out. Trailer was not even 8 months that it had been purchased. Magnum reached out to me for the specifics of the trailer, date and person it was sold to. I couldn’t fathom why I have now become record keeper and admin to magnum trailer. Warranty took forever so decided I had to pay out of pocket, they filed the warranty. 2 months later no communication on what warranty said so had to reach out again. Unfortunately they said warranty didn’t cover it due to us not having a log of work being done on the trailer. No work was done because we had only had it 8 months. Now they have decided to clean their hands and not own up to the trailer being defective. I don’t recommend this place. If you do make sure you are aware you will be on your own if anything happens. Will not purchase anything from here again so sad to see they are all about the money and not the safety of the product.

Called in an order for on of our 6 company trailers. I needed a full set if brakes. The parts guy took my order. I told him my coworker would be there in a few minutes to pick it up. When he got there they had no idea of the order I had called in and were rude. We called to figure out what happened and they hung up on us. Won't be going back. There customer service is terrible in general.
