Just purchased a 12’ x 77” Top Hat trailer and had one of the best customer service experiences ever. Go see Aaron Blankenship for courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly help. Aaron spent time explaining all the features and benefits of the various trailers and worked with us to be certain we had the right trailer for our intended use. When it comes time to purchase another trailer, Aaron will be the first person I call. You should too.

I had gone on Saturday to purchase a trailer but the sale could not be completed. I was a bit disappointed on how it went Saturday and headed home. I did post a negative review before.
On Monday I did receive a call from Charlie, the owner, and spoke for a bit and really wanted to see how he could help. I was already starting a transaction with another company with something similar but not what I really wanted. Charlie offered to drive from San Antonio, pick up the trailer and bring it to his San Antonio Location. He told me he would have it there by 2pm. At 1:40 I received a call from Charlie from his SA store letting me know my trailer was there. By then I had already called the other company to cancel. Speaking with Charlie was was just a great experience. He was truly concerned and can tell his dedication to his company and customers. I gave 5 stars for for going above and beyond.

I had an outstanding experience at Magnum Trailers in San Marcos today. From the moment I walked in, Loren’s Barcenas and Aaron Garza offered some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. They were exceptionally courteous , patient , and helpful as I evaluated my options for a dump trailer. Aaron went above and beyond - spending considerable time with me outdoors in the midday heat (over 100) to ensure I understood every detail and made right decisions for my needs. It is rare to find such genuine, knowledgeable, and dedicated service. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommended.

Stopped in to get an adapter for my trailer lights They were out of the one I need. He got me going in about 15 minutes. He modified what he had to fit my truck. Great service! Would recommend to anyone
